Father and Friend

When I think about my relationship with Christ in this season, I tend to be more the child versus friend. The reading provided me a new perspective on where my attitude and actions should be if I really wanted to be at the friend level. There are some struggles I'm having with leadership in my organization and I tend to go to a negative place when I get frustrated. I'm wondering if this is a test for me in this season of my life. Do I take the high road and be a part of a solution or do I add more problems to the situation by having a negative attitude. I need to focus on the things I can control and let the realities of my work situation be what they are. Ambiguity is the environment I'm working in and I need to anchor myself with God's protection and truths.
